Who we are?

We are a non-profit built on a simple belief. Mental and physical health should not be a privilege; they should be a given.

Our goal is to make sure everyone has access to the support, tools, and information they need to actually look after themselves, no matter their situation. We are here to make things clearer, break down stigma, and build a community where people feel supported, not judged.

At the end of the day, it is about helping people live better, healthier lives and making that something everyone can reach, not just a few.

About Jadon, the Founder of Envoke

Envoke is not just a project to me. It comes from real experiences and a genuine drive to do something that actually helps people.

I grew up without a father figure in the house, which shaped a lot of my early life. Things were not easy. My mum did her best raising us on her own while dealing with financial stress, and from a young age I had to step up. I was balancing school and work early, which taught me resilience pretty quickly.

After school, I went into psychology wanting to understand how people think and why they struggle. But I found it was too theoretical. It did not feel connected to real life in the way I expected.

At 20, I joined the police force, something I had wanted to do for years. I got through the academy and started the job, but the reality was very different to what I imagined. I was exposed to a lot of trauma early on, suicides, violent incidents, situations that stick with you. A lot of it felt preventable, which made it harder to process.

Around that time, I also lost a close friend and a former teacher to suicide. That hit hard. It forced me to really look at how we handle mental health and where things are falling short, especially in high pressure environments.

The job gave me a lot of life experience, but it also made me realise this was not where I wanted to make my impact. I lost trust in the system and how it supported its people. Walking away from something I had worked towards for so long was not easy, but I knew I needed to shift direction.

That is where Envoke started.

The focus is on prevention. It makes more sense to stop people reaching crisis point than trying to pick up the pieces after. Envoke is about giving people the tools, knowledge, and support to actually manage their mental and physical health before things spiral.

The goal is to build something that is practical, accessible, and genuinely useful. Not just for people in high stress roles, but for anyone trying to get on top of their life.

Goals for Envoke:

  1. Martial Arts and Recovery Complex: A space where individuals can build physical and mental resilience through martial arts, therapy, and community support.

  2. Therapeutic Ranch: A sanctuary focused on animal-assisted therapy to help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism, ADHD, and other mental and physical health challenges.

  3. Advocacy for Legislative Change: Pushing for world-leading legislation to improve the management of mental and physical health on a systemic level.

  4. Support for Frontline Workers: Developing and implementing comprehensive training packages for organizations that employ frontline workers, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed.

Envoke is a labor of love, a commitment to creating a world where everyone has access to the resources and support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see how this project evolves as we work toward a brighter, healthier future for all.
